Rebecca Carroll

Rebecca Carroll was recently named managing editor at Black Voices, part of the Huffington Post Media Platform. She is also an award-winning author, and interviewer. A former producer for the “Charlie Rose” show, Rebecca has served as on-air host for the Emmy-nominated program “Docstock” on the Plum TV network, and the WNET/13 series, “Reel New York.” She is the author of several nonfiction books, including "Saving the Race" and "Sugar in the Raw," and has held editor positions at The Independent Film and Video Monthly, Uptown, and Paper magazines. Her writing has appeared in Marie Claire, Essence and Elle, among other print and online publications.
