Luis Arbulu is a founding partner at Hattery. Prior to his involvement in Hattery, Luis served as head of finance and analytics for Google's multi-billion-dollar online ad syndication business. As a principal working on strategic analysis and deals for new initiatives and products, he was heavily involved in such business units as Google.org, lead generation, public data, billing and payments, and mobile. Luis has also held positions as an associate at Booz Allen Hamilton (now Booz & Co.), as an engineer at Black & Veatch, and with a cleantech startup as a project manager. Luis holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and also holds a degree in Engineering from the Universclassad Católica del Perú and studied at the University of Kansas as a Fulbright scholar.
